Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Return Process

Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and our return address.

Send the item back to us using a trackable courier at your own cost.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you and issue store credit or a refund (depending on the case).
Refund Method

Eligible returns will be refunded via store credit or to the original payment method (if applicable).

Refunds may take 5–7 working days to process once the return is approved.

Faulty or Wrong Items
Received the wrong item or something damaged? We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with a photo and your order number—we’ll sort it out quickly and cover the return shipping if needed.
